The total purchase price, including delivery charges, will be displayed in the shopping cart once the delivery method has been selected (order value under £80 delivery charge of £15.00 or order value over £80 delivery charge FREE). If the order value is under £80 but the FREE delivery method is selected Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk have the right to add the additional delivery charge on to the order once it has been processed.
After the order is received a confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address provided.
Payment of the product plus delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering.

Title in the products shall not pass to the customer until payment of the price has been made in full.
Cancellation and Return
The customer may cancel any order for products for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the customer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If however, the supplier starts to perform its side of the contract with the agreement of the customer before the customer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the products may have to be returned by the customer to the supplier within the best before date or use by date on the product. Refunds and replacements are made at the discretion of Fresh Meat Direct.co.uk. If the claim is agreed the customer is to be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.
Products to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the supplier on the package.
